when u buy a second hand atv from anouther person ,is there any kind of guarantee ?????

No. So you should consider a full inspection before buying or if you know a good atv mecanic friend, ask him to come along with you to get a first look.

ok 2nd question ..if i sell a atv or snow mobile to anouther person ,can he cancell the contract ..example does he have a 30 day delay to return the recreational vehicle ??????if he is not satified ...

Their is no law regarding that. If he's not satisfied with the ATV, that's his problem. If he think's he got screwed be you, he will have the go to court. That's it !!

"SOLD AS IS, NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND, NO RETURNS"

if you write sold as is and there is a defect that you know about but do not tell about the buyer could take you to court to cancel sale.But there is no law saying you must give or he has 30 days to return the sale.Why are u asking this question anyway? :? :?

And if you buy from a dealer you have 10 days to cancelled the contract if you'r not satisfied and whatever you gone a write like vendu tel quel or anything else ,wont changed nothing if you go to the court ,

and if you cancelled before you take possession of the véhicule ,he had to give you back your déposit ,just argue and he will do it (loi du consommateur ) :wink:
