"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH" PLEASE READ!

Message par Scrappy_doo »

SOMEONE PLEASE TRANSLATE AND POST ON FRANCH FORUM

IT HAS BEEN CALCULATED THAT IF EVERYONE IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA DID NOT PURCHASE A DROP OF GASOLINE FOR ONE DAY AND ALL AT THE SAME TIME,
THE OIL COMPANIES WOULD CHOKE ON THEIR STOCKPILES.

AT THE SAME TIME IT WOULD HIT THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY WITH A NET LOSS OF OVER 4.6 BILLION DOLLARS WHICH AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINES OF THE OIL COMPANIES.

THEREFORE SEPTEMBER 1st HAS BEEN FORMALLY DECLARED "STICK IT UP THEIR BEHIND " DAY AND THE PEOPLE OF THESE TWO NATIONS SHOULD NOT BUY A SINGLE DROP OF GASOLINE THAT DAY.

THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN BE DONE IS IF YOU FORWARD THIS POST/EMAIL TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN AND AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT.

WAITING ON THE GOVERNMENT TO STEP IN AND CONTROL THE PRICES IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REDUCTION AND CONTROL IN
PRICES THAT THE ARAB NATIONS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO?

REMEMBER ONE THING, NOT ONLY IS THE PRICE OF GASOLINE GOING UP BUT AT THE SAME TIME AIRLINES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES, TRUCKING COMPANIES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES WHICH EFFECTS PRICES ON EVERYTHING THAT IS SHIPPED. THINGS LIKE FOOD, CLOTHING, BUILDING
MATERIALS, MEDICAL SUPPLIES ETC. WHO PAYS IN THE END? WE DO!

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IF THEY DON'T GET THE MESSAGE AFTER ONE DAY, WE WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN.

SO DO YOUR PART AND SPREAD THE WORD. FORWARD THIS POST/EMAIL TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND MAKE SEPTEMBER 1ST A DAY THAT THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA SAY

"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"

GrizzQC has a very good point, as I've received e-mails with various boycot dates. Another point to keep in mind is, even if we don't purchase gas on a certain date, and buy it the next day or whatever, the refineries still end up getting your buck eventually. These type of e-mails only clog up the internet and have been proven NOT to be effective at all. Thanks for the thought anyway Scrappy :) The ugly truth is, there's not a damn thing we can do about it.

... but if we get the same amount of gas we need in, lets say, 10 separate occasions and pay each time with loose change, THAT will cost the oil companies more and might send them a message... remember those who went and put only .05$ of gas and washed their windshield, went to the washrooms, took their time and paid with pennies, it cost a lot to the oil companies...

Its a great idea.... but the gouvenment dont really care and nor do the oil companies... as far as the company is concerned is that there is more to sell to the CHINESE... I'm pretty sure that the Chinese wont mind the lower price for that day...

damned if we do and damned if we don't.... theres no win.. live with it or move to USA and be ruled by fear... and be a target...
